My products are made and produced by nature, me, and my family! We are a family of four who strive for healthy living and have fun in the process.

We live in the small town of Glencoe, Minnesota and enjoy country living. Our gardens are full of pesticide free vegetables, fruits, herbs. I love to flower garden to attact hummingirds and butterflies. We make maple syrup in the spring and do much canning, of our harvest, in the summer and fall. We also milk one Jersey cow - Anita and one white Galloway cow - Snowball.

At this time, I only offer real live kefir grains but will add other healthy products in the future - which will include my homebrewed vanilla extract.
